1, You've to download and install Version
1.16 of the EHM.
2, On this page
you can download the 1.18 update. Simply overwrite
the old eastside.exe file in your main EHM directory
(for e.g. C:\Program files\Eastside Hockey Manager)
with the newer eastside.exe file from the downloaded
eastside118.zip file.
3, Now you've to download the config_teams.ehm file, which you've to extract to your your
main EHM directory (for e.g. C:\Program files\Eastside
Hockey Manager). Click yes to replace the older
file.
4, If you want to have more updated photos, you simply
have to download the .zip files from the Fhockey
page.
- You've to extract these .zip files into the EHM faces
directory (for e.g. C:\Program files\Eastside Hockey
Manager\pictures\faces).
- You've to extract the updated team
schedules pics into the EHM teampics directory (for
e.g. C:\Program files\Eastside Hockey Manager\pictures\teampics).
- You've to extract the updated papers
pics into the EHM papers directory (for e.g. C:\Program
files\Eastside Hockey Manager\pictures\papers).
- You've to extract the updated logos
pics into the EHM logos directory (for e.g. C:\Program
files\Eastside Hockey Manager\pictures\logos).
- Also check the files page for updates
5, The last step is to update the name
files, which you've to download and extract to the
EHM names directory (for e.g. C:\Program files\Eastside
Hockey Manager\names).
6, Now you're ready to play. Simply open a new game
with the default.rst from and save the game as HWL.
7, Close the game and download the HWL save file (will
be updatet after every simulation and can be find at
the save file
section or at the forum).
Extract the .zip file to your HWL save directory (for e.g. C:\Program files\Eastside Hockey Manager\saves\HWL)
and overwrite all the files.
8, Open the EHM and load the HWL save game - if you've
done all the previous steps, the game should work perfectly.
